BOOKING POLICY
At this time, we are only able to accommodate our client, so please, refrain from bringing others as they will not be able to stay. If you are a parent/guardian and cannot leave, there is awaiting area, however space is limited! We welcome all, however, few ground rules before booking... don't worry, you'll be fine :)

All clients requesting color for the first time must complete a consultation.

Starter Loc Installations require a consultation before install can be completed.

At this time, NO kids (under 13) are accepted.

Micro Loc Installations are only done on Sundays.

There is a 15 min grace period before you are considered late and fee assessed.

A debit/credit card deposit of 30% of service is required to guarantee appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee up to the scheduled service price. Clients who miss their appointments without any prior notice will be charged for the full service.

SAME DAY AFTER HOUR APPOINTMENTS
If we are able to accommodate you on the same day or before/after business hours, you will be subject to an additional fee of $20 for all services.
